This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered on the date of initial payment submission BETWEEN

(the “Company”) AND the partnering business or individual (the “Client”). The Client and the Company (collectively, the “Parties”) agree to the following:

The services are divided into two parts: set-up and ongoing management services. Set-up services will begin within 24 hours of the initial payment submission, and completion depends on the Client’s onboarding speed. We aim to have everything ready for the scheduled project start date, subject to Client availability and readiness.
The Company will be responsible for:
Conducting a detailed assessment of the propertyProviding a comprehensive service plan and timelineEnsuring safety protocols are followedAssigning a skilled team to complete the workOffering post-service clean-up and quality checks
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to the property and facilitate clear communication to ensure smooth service delivery. This includes but is not limited to:
Scheduling a convenient time for an on-site inspectionProviding access to relevant areas of the propertyResponding to communication within a reasonable time frame
For the services described, the Client agrees to pay in accordance with the agreed-upon project estimate. Full payment or an initial deposit is required prior to the start of work. Final payments are due upon project completion. Acceptable payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfers.
The Company does not offer refunds for work already rendered unless specified in the contract.
This Agreement will commence upon the initial payment submission and continue until the completion of the services. Any ongoing service or additional work must be agreed upon in writing.
a. Refunds:
The Company does not offer refunds for services already provided. Any deposits made to secure a project start date are non-refundable once work begins.
b. Cancellations:
The Client may cancel services before the project begins by providing at least 7 days' written notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposits made.
c. Terminations:
Either party may terminate the Agreement in case of a breach of terms, with 14 days' written notice. In case of termination, there will be no refunds for services already provided.
The Company guarantees the quality of work for the services provided. Any necessary touch-ups or issues identified after project completion must be reported within 30 days, and we will address them promptly.
For any questions or concerns, the Client agrees to use the provided email address
for communication. The Company will respond to inquiries within 24 business hours.
For SMS communications: The Client can opt in for SMS updates related to project status, reminders, and promotions. The SMS program is subject to the terms below.

The Client grants the Company a license to use their property photos for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
By submitting payment and agreeing to this contract, the Parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
